There are few words that are pronounced the same but have totally different meaning. These are just a few sentences that represents how each should be used correctly.

1.     1.  Your mom said that you’re going to the store later to get groceries.
2.     It’s my dog’s birthday tomorrow, where is its leash so I can take him for a watch.
3.     Their family is coming to town tomorrow, so they’re going to dinner there.
4.     That affect was very effective in the new Captain America movie.
5.     He’s going to lose his pants because they are so loose.
6.     I lay my glasses on the nightstand while I lie down for a nap.
7.     In the past, we passed notes in class instead of texting each other.
8.     He was too late for class so he had to accept only having two partners instead of three.
9.     Through the game he threw the ball the furthest.
10. Now and then, she uses more perfume than needed.
